Assign Assessments & Share with an LMS
For our customers who are using one of our LMS integrations (e.g. Google Classroom, Canvas, or Schoology) it is possible assign assessments similar to the way activities are assigned.
To assign an assessment, first expend the Assign/Assess menu and click the Manage Assign/Assess option. You will see a list of any assessments you've created here. If your district is integrated with an LMS such as Google Classroom, Schoology, or Canvas, you will see a Create Assignment button near the top right of the page.
A popup window will open. You may use this window to assign either an activity or assessment to one or more of your classes. In this example, the "Assessment" option has been checked. When ready, click the blue Review button.
The Review page allows you double check that you've selected the desired assessment for the correct class(es). Click Confirm to post the assessment or the Back button to make corrections. If you post the assessment, a success message will appear.
Your assessment now appears on the "Manage Assign/Assess" page and has been posted to your selected LMS class(es). Please note that students will not be able to access the assessment until you go to the toggle button on the right side of the to "Start" position.
When starting an assessment, you will may choose to make it either open or closed book. For more information on starting and stopping assessments, see Start and Stop Assessments.
