IDE Usage Reports
Usage reports are available to district level administrators using the Interactive Digital Editions (IDE) of our products. To request access, please contact our support team.
How To Access the Reports
For those with a District Administrator account, click the Reports tab as pictured below after logging in.
If you are an administrator with a teacher account, click the Admin link at the bottom right of the page showing all the unit tiles then click the Reports tab (similar to the one pictured above).
Using the Reports
The three types of reports are pictured below. Each report includes options for how the data may be viewed. These options are self explanatory.
To share data with school administrators, we recommend using the school filter to limit the view to a single school, then using the print icon (top right) and saving as a PDF. In the future, we plan to offer school administrator accounts that include usage reports for just their school.
About the Data
Logins are the number of students who logged in at least once in the month.
Usage is the number of students who saved at least 1 response to an activity in the month.
Logins per student is the total number of logins for the month divided by the number of students who logged in.
Usage reports are updated on the last day of each month from September through May. No usage statistics are available for the summer months.
