Schoology, Canvas, and Classlink - Initial Teacher Login
Welcome to the Activate Learning Digital Platform (ALDP). For our integrations Schoology, Canvas and Classlink, teachers are presented with an option to import classes during their initial login.
To log in, go to the ALDP login page for your district. If you do not know the address, please reach out to the Support Team for help.
You will automatically be redirect to an authentication screen asking you to enter your email address.
Once authenticated, you will be prompted to select your school:
If your school is not listed, please contact our support team so that we can add it to the list.
Once your school is selected, you'll see a popup window similar to the one pictured below:
To import classes:
- Check the box on the left next to the class(es) you wish to import. You should only choose classes that will be using the Activate Learning curriculum. Do not import classes that include staff members as students.
- Click the pencil icon if you wish to edit the name of the class before importing. This action can be done later.
- Use the menu to the right of each class to select the grade level or subject. These options may be customized for your school, but the correct choice should be obvious to you.
- Click the blue Continue button when ready.
That's it! Your classes and students have been imported and you're ready to start using the system.
A few additional details:
- Rosters for your imported classes will update automatically overnight.
- If you close the window pictured above and do not import any classes, you'll get the opportunity to do so the next time you log in.
- To import new classes after the initial import process, log into ALDP, click the question mark icon at the top of any page, and then select the Rostering option. Classes available for import will be listed below the classes previously imported.
